| Lenovo LePhone unboxed ahead of launch in China Posted: 09 May 2010 10:30 AM PDT This Android phone quietly snuck by all of us. We first seen this device at CES and hasn't really heard much about it since then. It's not a bad looking device and it has a nice screen similar to that found on the nexus one. This Android device will be available in China and it has some impressive specs to boot.
this phone has a 3.7-inch AMOLED, a leather case, a noise-isolation hands free kit, a magnetic dock adapter, 3.2-megapixel camera and a custom version of Android. It also includes Chinese social networking service integration, music store, video apps, and an impressive Chinese turn-by-turn navigation suite. It is missing autofocus and flash for the camera but it's still a pretty decent handset. I wouldn't mind playing with one for a few days.

If you're an Android user, especially an early adopting G1 owner, your use to beta testing things left and right. This might be worth the hassle though. LogMeIn has just entered into beta testing stage, you can be a part of this too by heading to the Android market and downloading the app. Feedback is welcome especially when it's constructive and not smack talking.

So you never have to worry about leaving anything behind. Directly control your Mac or PC, all your apps and all your files – with a simple click.

| Motorola Droid Solves a Rubik’s Cube Thanks to LEGO Robot [Video] Posted: 09 May 2010 10:08 AM PDT It's safe to say that we can file this under the totally cool category of robots. This little invention uses a Droid to solve a Rubik's Cube. We've all tried to solve this thing and one point or another in our life and those of us that didn't move the colored stickers around probably failed. This robot accomplishes the feat in a matter of seconds.
This isn't the first time the creator of this robot, David Gilday, solved this tricky cube by way of Lego's. But this time he does it with a Droid. This robot appears to use custom software and the camera on the handset to help it solve this puzzle. It gets the job done, would you like to try something like this with your Android device? | Use Your Wii Remote For Games On Android Posted: 09 May 2010 08:36 AM PDT This is an awesome hack, it's actually not much hacking involved but we'll still call it that because it sounds cooler. You can now use your Wii remote to play games on your Android device. There is no need to use onscreen buttons now.
In the past few weeks we've seen controllers added to Android devices as an overlay on the keys and even an Atari controller hacked to work with a G1. This involves less effort than those, all you need is an emulator, an Android handset, a Wii remote and an app called Wiimote and you're in business. Checkout the video below then gets started on your device. Click here to view the embedded video.
