Nude Power Bike in Three Colors

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 01:03 AM PST

This bike comes in red, white, or black, like any good motorcycle should. Its description is presented to us as a mostly poetic sort of situation, naming “Style&Skills” as a main point, noting soft lines around a technological core, saying that this motorcycle concept, the Ducati Spite, has two souls. One of the souls is extreme simplicity, they say, and the other, a full detailed concept. Like the black and white of the wheels.

There’s several ways you can ride the Spite, a couple of them being City and Sport, both of these thanks to its variable suspension. This bike they say shall get both the extremeness of a one-sit bike, and the comfort of a city maxi scooter. Urban and freestyle, extreme every day.

Classified Trash

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 12:49 AM PST

Separating rubbish is time consuming and nobody likes to do it. A micro-level system to make the job easy is the Trash Classification Bin. The bin-in-bin is used to put in all your organic waste  while the bigger bin holds inorganic stuff. A very non-messy and quick way to do your bit. I'll take one for my office, please.

Hangtags Save Trees, Cleans Clothes

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 12:45 AM PST

To reduce the volume of paper waste with hang tags, take a look at the MELT TAG. New clothes are actually coated in chemicals to preserve the texture and quality. Any fashionista knows to wash before wearing them and to facilitate that, the MELT TAG goes in the wash too. It cleans your new clothes and there’s no tag to throw away. LOVE IT!

Melt Tag is a 2010 Red Dot Concept Design winning entry.

Accordion Food

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 12:35 AM PST

Accordion Package is a space-saving container for instant noodes that can be compressed like an accordion. This makes it easier to store and carry and cuts down on the cost of transportation. The acordian-like surface decreases the contact points with your hands to prevent burning. After the noodles are eaten, it can be compressed to save space in the trash too. Clever.

How Cool Can a Flip Phone Get?

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 12:27 AM PST

How many "flips" does it take to make your Smartphone super-sexy. The answer? Three flexible AMOLED touchscreens and a keyboard on the reverse! Here's what the Flip Phone feels like: a smart triangular piece held together with soft steel mesh hinges, hosting a custom flavor of Android. The boundaries of a PC and phone have smudged-up big time and this is a sample of what that future looks like. I love it!

Super Modular Modular Shelving

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 12:03 AM PST

How super is super modular? You’ll have to judge that for yourself. The amount of modular any item can be really depends on how modular the person using it allows it to be. Be super modular! This shelving system is modular to the max, it’s called IVY Modular Shelving Systems and it’s made to grow on your wall according to your lifestyle, changing at your will. IVY allows you to configure and reconfigure the assembled layout as you wish, each shelf moving with ease. Unique configurations can be done with as many or as few shelves as you wish.

Each shelf is shipped in three pieces, each shelf is assembled at home using keyhole fasteners that are integrated into the pieces themselves. These same fasteners are used to attach the shelves to the walls. Make a tree, make a bush, make a completely non-green object or array. Go wild!

Growling Sharp Ferrari

Posted: 19 Jan 2011 12:03 AM PST

Take a peek at this lovely sharp sports car with the Ferrari name slapped on it, inspired by the form language of Credo E-Bone, another design by the same designer that’s no less that a city bus. That, and the bones of animals and humans are where this comes from. This designer takes the Italian dynamic and organic, soft shapes that are closest to nature. Inside and out, this vehicle is meant to radiate energy and power.

This is the Ferrari Enzo, a car that never ever stops, but appears to sit in time even as it flies down the highway. The one sentence the designer hopes to let loose as much as possible is “My car has always more power than yours.” Time for crushing of all road opposition! Road warrior!

Also I must mention that the following images come from a folder titled “renders.” Although from that I am lead to believe that they are rendered images from a 3D program, my brain just can’t fathom it. These are too good.
