Liveshop relies on a custom-built multi-touch screen that lets Three staff quickly and effortlessly advise its customers on troubleshooting and purchasing queries with all the information they need constantly at their fingertips. The only major drawback is that you’ll have to face customer service face-to-face. It’s not one for shy types.
