| 10 Top PhD Students Receive Awards for Computing Research Posted: 15 Apr 2010 05:45 AM PDT NVIDIA is awarding $250,000 to 10 Ph.D. students to help solve complex parallel computing challenges. Each student will receive $25,000 and engineering support to further their advanced research. The Graduate Fellowship recipients were selected from 268 applications in 28 countries. Sponsored projects involve a variety of technical challenges, including light-transport simulation, computer vision, and programmability and optimization for heterogeneous systems.
