Posted: 15 Jan 2011 05:00 AM PST

It’s been just under a week since it was over, but CES 2011 still lingers on in the memory. If you missed our coverage, there is lots to catch up on. Not to worry. We’ve rounded up the best of the best from CES 2011 here. Best camcorders, best tablets, best laptops, best cameras and more! It’s all here, in our CES 2011 roundup of roundups.

Best Camcorders of CES 2011
A Sony pocket camcorder that records 3D video, Canon’s future-proof Legria HF G10 1080p shooter, JVC’s 2D to 3D pocket converter and Samsung’s camcorder for lefties is what you’ll find here. Don’t forget the gorgeous Casio Exilim Tryx, designed to be held in a multitude of angles for filming in tricky settings.

Best TVs of CES 2011
Thankfully at CES 2011, 3D wasn’t the only reason to get excited about the televisions due to appear in homes this year. Some of them, such as the Samsung D7900, with its barely there bezel, look gorgeous, as does Samsung’s asymmetric TV. You’ll find a portable glasses-free 3D TV from LG here too.

Best laptops of CES 2011
Apple might have kept away but, Apple aren’t the only tech brand to make beautiful laptops. Samsung, like with its TVs, did it again, with the Samsung ZX310 laptop. Its skinny metal frame looks as good as any laptop rival out there. Dell’s new XPS 17 3D laptop, with Blu-ray and Nvidia 3D vision also makes an appearance, as does a capable gamer from MSI and a phone, that thinks it’s a laptop, in the Motorola Atrix 4G. Puzzled? Read on and all will be clear.

Best tablets of CES 2011
There was lots and lots of tablets at CES 2011. Among the best were the Motorola Xoom, with the Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS running on it, the BlackBerry PlayBook, which looked a lot smaller than we imagined, and the 4G ready Dell Streak 7 with Nvidia’s Tegra 2 chip and Adobe Flash 10.1 fitted in.

Best cameras of CES 2011
Lady Gaga pretty much stole the show here, unveiling the Polaroid GL20 sunglasses that take photos. They really look something else. See this video for the unveiling. For something less limelight grabbing, but rather more diminutive, check out the Kodak Easyshare Mini. It measures about the length of a business card, and lets you share your photos to Facebook quickly and easier than ever before.

Best gaming gear of CES 2011
CES 2011 wasn’t quite a bumper event for gamers, but that doesn’t mean gaming took a backseat entirely. The games didn’t have to be virtual to get us excited. One of our most popular CES 2011 stories concerns the Angry Birds board game that Mattel has been knocking up. It’s the closest thing you’ll play to the virtual version in real-life without getting the likes of Rolf Harris all concerned. Not forgetting the Asus PrimeSense camera. It’s Kinect with the Xbox, letting you play PC games using just your body. Hit the link to see what other gaming trinkets were on show at CES 2011.

Best gadgets of CES 2011
What about everything else? That’s where we’ve rounded up some of our favourite gadgets. Among our favourite was the Nike+ Sportwatch. It’s a GPS running watch to log your runs, indoors and out while offering verbal encouragement along the way. Also spotted was the clever Withings video baby monitor and iPhone blood pressure monitor that connects to the Apple blower, and what looks like the Dyson of shredders, from Black and Decker. To add to the confusion abounding in that analogy, it’s called the iShred. Still with us?
